How long have you been in Scouting?

I have been in Scouting for over 20 Years. I first started at 2nd Bramley Scout Group as one of Carol’s Beavers. I then moved up to all the sections and then just 9 years ago I become a leader. I started as a Assistant Beaver Scout Leader then a Scout Leader and then moved on to being a Cub Scout Leader. When I went to university I decided that I couldn’t give weekly support to a section so I become a Group Scout Leader.

Why did you join scouting?

My parents were both leaders in scouting before I was born. They decided to sign me up when I was Beaver age and that’s when I started scouting. Scouting is the best thing I have ever been a part of it has give me life long skills and friends I will have forever.
